Cayo Coco: Memories Flamenco Beach Resort Cuba

When you hear Cuba usually you think, pfft Havana but of course there is more to Cuba than its capital. So I decided to check out cayo coco a little island not too far from Havana and fell in love. I've been there twice now and will recommend to anyone, behold a list of reasons why you should check it out yourself.

Hotel/ Room

Memories Flamenco Beach Resort. Is a beautiful 4 star all inclusive hotel. Located on Cayo Coco's Infamous white-sand beaches. The employees were so kind and the animation team definitely kept everyone entertained.

My room was very comfortable the bed was soft and they kept the room constantly clean, we had a balcony with a garden view and a nice little view of the ocean beyond it. The bathroom was modern with the sink being out of the actual bathroom.

Spa

Flamenco has a spa adjoining the resort that is very calming and comfortable, however I decided to go off resort and check out the Acuavida Spa Talaso. It is a beautiful spa with a swimming pool, jacuzzi, terrace with lounge/bar, massage, showers and sauna.

Beaches

Cayo Coco with it's sandy white beaches and crystal clear waters. Being 17km in length it is home to the largest colony of seabirds that include pelicans and flamingos aswell as the coco bird which gives the island its name.

Food

The hotel has a variety of cuisines to choose from they have a 24 hour snack bar, their buffet offers a plethora of savoury options, serving breakfast, lunch and dinner. Flamenco also has 3 a la carte restaurants Asian, Mediterranean and Creole. Two thumbs up for the no hunger!

Excursions

There were so many options of fun things like catamaran, paddle boating, beach volleyball, horse back riding, disco party and many more available to you.

Memories Flamenco is a fantastic all-inclusive experience in Cayo Coco Cuba. They even have employees who entertain your children, if your off on an excursion.

What ever it is you need Memories got you covered! It'll have you returning every year.
