The Juggle!

More than likely most of us want to do better for many reasons, but mostly for ourselves. These past few months for my family and I have been a little shaky, it definitely shows our strength and that's great and all yet difficult.

Finding a way to balance yourself and be a better you, for you here's a list of 4 of my stress free tips to getting on the right path.

Read: I love to read it helps to expand ur mind and allows you to imagine so many wonderful things (depending on what your reading) take a few mins to yourself a day to read a chapter you may enjoy it.

Pray: Now I know some people have different views that I respect, however with that said praying speaking things into existence, being a believer, or having faith gives yu the peace of mind that, what you want or need is very attainable.

Staying positive and bringing that positive energy into your life are #lifegoals

Relax: this could be at home at a spa or at ur favourite restaurant wherever you feel the most relaxed get there and be that!

Eat: food is majorly a stress reliever it tastes good and feels good

What ever it is you need to do to keep your zen take that time out for you, cause you deserve it!
